Privacy Policy
AccountProxy.com provides anonymous identities, including email aliases, without requiring names, emails, or passwords. Access is managed using an anonymous Account ID and time-limited subscription state only. See our Terms of service for the legal terms that govern use.
What we collect (zero-knowledge by design)
- No personal data: We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, or payment details. Details on our approach are in Privacy by design.
- Anonymous identifiers only: We store an Account ID, service state (e.g., alias inventory), and subscription expiration, as described in How we use Account ID.
- No linkage: We do not keep logs that connect activities, identities, or purchases to a real person or to each other.
How the Account ID works
- A random, high-entropy Account ID is generated at signup.
- The Account ID is the only credential; there are no passwords or recovery flows.
- If an Account ID is lost, access cannot be recovered by design. Read more: How we use Account ID.
Payments and third parties
- After a 7‑day free trial, continued access requires a subscription serial purchased from an independent vendor (e.g., E‑Junkie).
- AccountProxy does not share any account or personal data with third‑party processors.
- Vendors process payment data independently and cannot link a purchase to an Account ID or to redemption.
- Refunds are available only for unused serials via the vendor or by contacting info@accountproxy.com before redemption.
- Details: How subscription serials work and Terms of service.
Email aliases and communications
- Email aliases are generated and managed under the Account ID without linking to a real email.
- We do not send marketing emails.
- Service notices, if any, occur within the product; no personal email is used. Learn more about our architecture in Privacy by design.
Logs, tracking, and profiling
- No advertising identifiers, fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking.
- No access logs are retained that could deanonymize users; only minimal technical telemetry may be used transiently to ensure reliability and anti-abuse at the edge.
- We do not build behavioral profiles. See principles in Privacy by design.
Data retention and deletion
- We retain only the minimal operational state tied to the Account ID (e.g., subscription expiry, alias inventory).
- When an Account ID or aliases are deleted by the user, associated operational state is removed. There is no personal data to delete.
- Backups, if used, contain only the same non-identifying operational state and follow strict retention limits. For how state is modeled, see How we use Account ID.
Security by design
- High-entropy Account IDs with defense-in-depth against enumeration (edge rate limiting and API throttling).
- No backdoors, no master keys, no hidden tracking.
- Encryption in transit; minimal state at rest, never containing personal data. Security principles: Privacy by design.
Your choices and responsibilities
- Create, manage, or retire aliases at any time.
- Keep the Account ID secure; it cannot be recovered if lost.
- Use subscription serials privately; treat them like prepaid tokens. How serials work: How subscription serials work.
Children’s privacy
- The service is for individuals 18+ or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. See eligibility in our Terms of service.
Changes to this policy
- We may update this policy to reflect operational or legal changes. Updates will be posted here, and continued use indicates acceptance.
Governing law
- This policy is governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. See the governing law section in our Terms of service.
