Welcome to AccountProxy.com. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use AccountProxy.com.

1. About our service

AccountProxy.com enables you to create and manage anonymous identities, including email aliases, so you can interact online without revealing your personal information.
We are a zero-knowledge platform: we do not store, log, or access personally identifiable information (PII) and retain only the minimal, non-identifiable operational data strictly necessary to operate the service.

2. Eligibility

The service is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements and will comply with applicable laws.
AccountProxy operates on a zero-knowledge basis and does not verify age or identity.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use AccountProxy.com for unlawful or prohibited activities.
  • Attempt to disrupt or impair the performance or security of the service.
  • Use the service to send spam, abusive content, or infringe on the rights of others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in misuse.

4. Privacy and data handling

AccountProxy.com is built on privacy by design:

  • We never require your real name, personal email, or identifying details.
  • We do not store any personally identifiable information (PII).
  • We do not log your IP address for tracking purposes.
  • We store only the minimal, non-identifiable operational data needed to run the service.

5. AccountID responsibility and recovery

When you create an account, you are issued a unique AccountID. This identifier is the only link to your AccountProxy data and is never stored in a recoverable form.

You are solely responsible for saving, backing up, and securely storing your AccountID.

  • We will never be able to show, resend, or recover your AccountID, even if requested.
  • If you lose your AccountID, you will permanently lose access to your account, identities, and email aliases.
  • Subscriptions associated with a lost AccountID cannot be refunded, replaced, or transferred.
  • By continuing to use the service, you acknowledge that you have securely saved your AccountID and understand that loss of it means irreversible loss of access in accordance with these Terms.

This policy is an intentional and essential part of AccountProxy’s zero-knowledge architecture — it ensures that only you can access your data.

6. Payments and third-party processors

AccountProxy.com is a paid service following a 7-day free trial. To continue using the service after the trial, a valid subscription is required, which involves obtaining a subscription serial from an independent third-party payment provider.

While payment is required to continue service, AccountProxy does not share any account or personal data with third-party processors.
Any interaction with payment providers is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Consistent with our zero-knowledge model, we minimize and, where possible, eliminate any data flows from AccountProxy to third parties.

All payments are final. Refunds are not available for lost AccountIDs, inaccessible accounts, or unused subscription time, since AccountProxy has no technical ability to verify or recover accounts under its zero-knowledge design.

7. Disclaimers

AccountProxy.com is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all systems.
All warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AccountProxy.com and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
This includes, without limitation, any loss of data or access resulting from the loss of your AccountID.

9. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect operational, legal, or security changes.
Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the service will indicate acceptance of the updated terms.
