- No. A refund does not deanonymize you—even if AccountProxy personnel handle it. We have no practical way to associate a serial or its purchase with any AccountID, so we cannot make that connection. The only way that could happen is if you disclose your AccountID to us. We strongly encourage users not to share their AccountID; we 100% do not need it.
Do you need my AccountID for support or refunds?

Can I get a refund after redemption?
